GRAD STUDENTS
Placement for MFT, ASW, and PCC trainees in an approved practicum site
Weekly individual and group supervision with licensed clinicians
Direct client hours across therapy, DV intervention, and parenting programs
Training in TF-CBT and other evidence-based modalities such as Trust-Based Relational Intervention
Exposure to court-involved, case management, and telehealth work

Paperwork, site orientation, and supervisor assignment.
Start seeing clients under weekly supervision once onboarding is complete.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Compensation details vary by role and funding. Graduate Student practicums are non-paid. BBS Associates are paid positions based on number of clients assigned.
Weekly hour expectations differ by practicum requirements for graduate students. Associates are expected to conduct an average of 10-12 service hours per week.
Yes, but graduate students and associates must reside in CA or FL presently.
SOS supervises AMFT, ASW, APCC, and MFT/ASW/PCC trainees/grad students, aligned with California BBS requirements.
Admission is typically rolling, but start dates may cluster around academic terms. Check in with us!
